All these years, still the best!

I bough hair straightener when I was in highschool ( almost 6 years before) and it was amazing. It sill is! My hairs are wavy & curly that I struggle to straighten every time, though their products are the best. I do not show a great effort but it makes my hair looks shiny! It was a bit expensive back in this time, but by the fact I use it for 6 years, well worthed

Amazing costumer service

A couple of years ago my hairdrier broke down before the warranty expired, but I didn't have the receipt saved. They sent me the new hairdrier nevertheless! I wouldn't know if the hairdrier broke down because of my poor use, or the quality wasn't the best, but the costumer service was outstanding. I like their products :)

Pleased with performance

I purchased it after reading many reviews and although I my friend used it only a few times, she feels extremely pleased with its performance.

Monies taken out of card

Wanted some replacement comb for my remington shaver, the combs was in stock on remingtonproducts.com, my cart came up to like US$20. On checking out I was ask to provide my details, name, address, card info. On checking out, the site give me an error about my address being incomplete... or something like that. So I never got the confirmation of the purchase because of the error. BUT the monies did came out of my card. I immediately contacted them via email regarding the issue, their reply was as follows "Thank you for contacting Remington. Sorry for the problems you were having. That pending charge will be back on your card within 24 hours. If you would like us to assist you, please call *******544.

Of course that time have gone and no refund. I did check the site as normal for https. Luckily for me it was only 20dls, the only real regret is that they have my card Info, luckely its a debit card... the fact that the payment went through although I had gotten the address error, that speaks volume.
